Founded in 2012, Rex & Co is a London design & build company built on a single principle: the people who plan your project are the people accountable for delivering it — with a director involved in every site, every week.
We work with two kinds of client — homeowners who want their home done once and done properly, and commercial clients who need a programme they can hold us to. Both are given the same structure: a dedicated site supervisor, a named project manager and a clear weekly report that sets out what was done, what it cost and what happens next. We run every project the way we would want our own run — with accountability at each stage and no surprises.
The people on a Rex & Co site are skilled tradespeople we know and trust, many of whom have worked with us for years. That continuity is what keeps our standard consistent from one project to the next — and it is what lets us put our name to every job we finish.

Four things we hold ourselves to.
Design & build under one contract means there is never a gap between the person who drew it and the person building it. When a question comes up it's one call & one answer — nobody points across the table, because the whole job is our responsibility.
We price the job properly before we start, so the number doesn't move unless the brief does. If you decide to change something it's priced & agreed in writing before any work follows — no quiet extras appearing at the end.
Clean, safe & organised — every day, not just on handover day. It's the clearest signal of how a job is really being run, & we treat your house or building as though we still lived next door to it.
The last five per cent is where most jobs slip, & it's the part that takes real discipline. We snag against our own standard first, then walk the whole thing with you until you're genuinely happy signing it off.
